Welcome, and Aloha ke akua.
Waves Sacred Healing, based in Minnesota, is guided by Emily Thompson who is a Registered Nurse, Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, Chakra Healer and Trauma-Informed Yoga Nidra teacher who specializes in guiding participants into deep rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied stillness.
Drawing from both clinical experience and holistic healing practices, Emily creates workshops that invite the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to restore. Her Deep Rest & Stillness offerings emphasize safety, choice, and accessibility, making them supportive for individuals experiencing stress, burnout, overwhelm, or transition.
As the founder of Frequency Flow Fest, Emily has extensive experience holding intentional, inclusive spaces for rest and renewal. Her facilitation style is gentle, grounded, and compassionate, allowing participants to meet themselves where they are without pressure or expectation.
Emily believes that rest is not passive~it is a powerful act of healing and remembrance. Through guided stillness, breath, and awareness, she invites participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom and reclaim rest as a foundation for balance, clarity, and purposeful living.

Helping others is my calling, and what I have discovered is I am an ever evolving teacher, mentor and student. As I have opened and connected to my intuition, I follow the guidance and after 5 years in a structure of permanent address, I feel called to serve groups and facilitate workshops around the United States and beyond. Through my personal healing story, my medical knowledge as an RN and now holistic experience I am prepared to be a guide along your journey as you open and deepen within the Spiritual Path.
Perhaps walking through the painful places of stored trauma and loss; or perhaps it's identifying patterns that are ready to become teachers, I am ready to step forward with you.
Through the modalities I practice, I have achieved so much. This is not a "quick fix" therapy, but it is a "root problem" solution finder!
In a session we can work on a variety of things from Trauma healing, Chakra alignment or simply calming the Sympathetic Nervous System to bring you back into a rest and relaxation state of being...it all begins with an appointment so please reach out!
